Assessment, therapy and training
Qudsia's clinical services are psychological and psychodiagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults, mental health workshops and psychoeducation, and internship training for aspiring psychologists.
She works integratively, drawing on client-centred therapy, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic-informed approaches, mindfulness-based and emotional-regulation techniques, creative and experiential techniques, behaviour modification, psychoeducation, and family and parental counselling.
Qudsia describes her own approach this way:
Qudsia's approach is grounded in empathy, sensitivity, and genuine understanding of each individual's story. She helps clients explore how their past experiences and emotional patterns shape their present thoughts, relationships, and sense of self—creating space for healing rather than guilt or regret. Together, she and the client work towards greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with oneself. Therapy is thoughtfully tailored to each person's unique personality, needs, and pace, with the aim of turning insight into meaningful and lasting personal growth.

Sessions are 50 minutes, in clinic in Karachi or online. Which clinic and which times are confirmed when you book — psychologists are matched on speciality and presenting needs, not on who happens to be free.
You can ask for Qudsia by name when you send your details, and we will tell you plainly whether there is a slot and who else fits if there is not. Booking at PHC starts as an enquiry rather than a confirmed appointment: we come back to you by phone or on WhatsApp with a psychologist, a time and a fee, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to all three.
Everything on this page is general information about a member of our clinical team. It is not a diagnosis, not treatment, and reading it does not create a clinician–client relationship.
Speaking to someone starts here
PHC is appointment-only. Message or call and a real person answers — Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm PKT.
Not sure whether this is us? Contact us anyway. We will tell you directly whether we can help, and refer you elsewhere if we cannot.
Six details, and we can match you
- Name of the person who will attend
- Their age
- What is going on, in your own words
- Whether you would prefer a male or female psychologist
- Online, or in clinic in Karachi
- Whether the person attending is a minor or elderly
If someone else is paying, we will also ask for guardian or payer details. How an appointment is booked, and the terms that apply to it, are set out on the booking page.
